ROBAE Leap Sigil · Privacy & Agreement|Edge & Cloud

Overview

This document is the officially published user privacy protection and global interaction protocol covenant for ROBAE Leap Sigil. It applies to all client versions, terminal functions, intelligent services, extension plugins, community collaboration scenarios and cloud encrypted backup services. It serves as the core rights guideline and code of conduct for users to access all private intelligence capabilities and cloud service capabilities within the system application.

This covenant aims to openly, transparently and clearly define the ownership of users’ digital assets within the brand ecosystem, boundaries of personal privacy, agent operation rules, scope of functional authorizations, multi-stakeholder collaboration order and boundaries of cloud data storage. Different from the common paradigm of traditional internet products — “data uploaded, aggregated, held and controlled with passive user authorization”, Leap Sigil adopts the core underlying logic of Edge-side Private Sovereignty, User Sovereignty First, Native Privacy Protection, Ordered Collaborative Symbiosis, Controllable Cloud Encryption, completely reconstructing the privacy and permission system for intelligent products.

Under this full covenant framework, the user’s personal intelligent model, digital agent personality, private memory data, personalized interaction traits, exclusive contextual spacetime, community collaboration records and cloud backup assets are all private digital assets belonging solely to the user. The brand ecosystem does not hold, collect, divert, silently synchronize, commercially reuse or algorithmically train users’ private data. All intelligence growth, data persistence and cloud backup activities are independently controlled, decided and assumed by the user.

This document consists of three core systems: User Private Privacy Specification System (Rights Protection Layer), Global Interaction Operation Protocol System (Order & Rule Layer), and Cloud Encrypted Backup Privacy Specification System (Cloud Security Layer). It covers full scenarios including local usage, feature expansion, multi-agent management, community clusters, cross-capability linkage, cloud backup and cross-device synchronization, delivering a complete, auditable, enforceable and controllable global digital rights guarantee for users.

I. User Private Privacy Specifications (Core User Rights Layer)

All privacy rules in this chapter are native to the system, effective by default and pre-emptively protected. No complex manual configuration is required. The underlying product architecture prevents privacy leakage, data abuse, personality homogenization and memory crosstalk, safeguarding user digital sovereignty in full dimensions.

1. Personal Private Intelligent Model, Fully Held by User Sovereignty

The exclusive private AI model, personalized inference logic, cognitive preferences, thinking patterns and expressive traits generated by users on terminals through long-term interaction, autonomous usage and scenario adaptation are all exclusive private digital assets belonging to the user. Personalized incremental model parameters, edge fine-tuning weights and personal cognitive features are stored locally at all times. They will not be uploaded to the cloud, captured by the brand, incorporated into public model training datasets, or shared with third parties. The brand cannot read, replicate, reuse or train the user’s private intelligence traits, thoroughly avoiding the “one-size-fits-all, algorithmic assimilation, personality erosion” problem common in conventional AI, ensuring each user’s intelligence system remains unique and authentic.

2. Local Vector Memory System, Sealed Within a Private Closed Loop

All personal memory data of the system adopts an edge-local vector storage mechanism. The user’s daily dialogue content, semantic cognition, life narratives, interaction preferences, emotional states, scenario experiences, sequential behaviors, private reflections and all other personal data undergo semantic encoding, feature extraction, vector indexing and long-term persistence locally on the terminal. Memory data defaults to no cloud upload, no disclosure, no sharing, no circulation, no commercial recommendation usage and no algorithm iteration usage. It only serves the self-continuation, cognitive growth and interaction adaptation of the user’s personal intelligence, visible, readable and manageable solely by the user. Without active user authorization, no entity, function or module may access the user’s private memory assets.

3. Isolated Sandboxes for Multiple Agents, Fully Separated Personalities and Data

To accommodate user needs for multiple identities, scenarios and states, the system implements isolated agent sandboxing. Each digital agent, personality form and identity profile created by the user is equipped with an exclusive independent privacy sandbox forming a physically isolated private runtime space. Memory banks, linguistic styles, voiceprints, personality traits, behavioral logic, staged growth data and dedicated extension application configurations for different agents do not penetrate, interfere, mix or overwrite each other.

A single agent supports independent archiving and rollback of multi-stage personalities. Cognitive states, temperament features and growth trajectories of an agent across different periods are independently archived and persisted, precisely preserving personality shifts and growth trajectories. This guarantees both independence across multiple agents and integrity, continuity and traceability of growth for a single agent.

4. Personal Context Spacetime Privacy, Closed-Loop Protection for Interactive Scenarios

The system’s dedicated contextual framework constructs a private digital spacetime domain for users. All real-time interactions, dialogue contexts, scene atmospheres, emotional fluctuations, private narratives and community relational interactions are inferred, adapted and persisted locally on the edge terminal. Personal exclusive contexts constitute the user’s private digital realm, with no silent backend logging, external network scraping, public parsing or third-party tracing. All scenario interaction details, private emotional expressions and confidential dialogues remain in a private closed loop, fully protecting authenticity and confidentiality of user interactions.

5. Full-dimensional User Asset Autonomy, Full Sovereignty over Permissions

Users hold complete, exclusive and ultimate administrative authority over all personal digital assets, including private intelligent models, digital agents, memory data, personality content, voiceprint features, context records and extension app configurations. Users may independently perform all operations including viewing, usage, export, backup, archiving, wiping and destruction. All data persistence, update, synchronization and modification activities require active user authorization and confirmation. No silent automatic operations, mandatory backend retention or passive data circulation exist, truly realizing user ownership and user control over digital assets.

II. Global Interaction Protocol Specifications (System Operation Order Layer)

The interaction protocol is a standardized operating order custom-built by the brand for the private intelligence ecosystem. On the premise of fully safeguarding independent user privacy and data sovereignty, it governs all intra-app module linkage, feature expansion, permission invocation, agent collaboration and multi-entity cluster behaviors. It achieves a stable operating ecosystem of “private without isolation, independent yet collaborative, extensible without overreach, linked without information leakage”, granting freedom for intelligence growth, boundaries for feature expansion and order for multi-entity linkage.

1. Local-First Core Operation Protocol

The system strictly follows the underlying operation protocol: local-first, edge closed-loop, cloud as auxiliary. All core intelligent computation, agent personality inference, memory update iteration, personalized cognitive growth and private interaction processing are preferentially completed within a closed loop on the local terminal. Core private assets, personality kernels and private model parameters of users are never processed relying on cloud computing power and never exposed externally. Cloud general knowledge capabilities only provide auxiliary, instrumental and public knowledge supplementation after users actively authorize activation. They never touch the user’s core private assets, do not participate in personalized personality inference and do not intervene in the logic of user intelligence growth.

2. Edge Multi-Module Intelligent Collaboration Protocol

For the system hybrid collaborative inference architecture, a standardized edge-side multi-module private collaboration protocol is built in, uniformly regulating internal linkage logic, scheduling sequence and weight allocation for private models, memory systems, agent sandboxes, contextual spacetime, voiceprint systems and natural communications. Capability modules collaborate autonomously, coordinate orderly and run self-consistently locally without external scheduling or centralized control. This preserves the professionalism of each independent capability while ensuring integrity, coherence, naturalness and unity of overall intelligent interaction.

3. Application & Extension Feature Authorization Access Protocol

All third-party extension features, built-in plugins, scenario tools and custom capabilities follow the access protocol of active authorization, on-demand admission, least privilege, result-only retrieval and kernel non-intrusion when connecting to the user’s private intelligence system.

Extension applications may only call the final output results of user intelligence. They have no right to read, parse or retain private model weights, native memory data, core personality parameters or private narrative content of users. Users may implement granular permission control for individual applications, single agents or specific scenarios, enabling, disabling and revoking authorizations anytime. All invocation activities are fully logged, traceable, auditable and clearable, thoroughly eliminating risks of unauthorized access, privacy theft and data abuse by applications.

4. Multi-Agent Cluster Symbiosis & Collaboration Protocol

Adapted to the system-wide “Entity & Cluster” global intelligence ecosystem, an isolated secure collaboration protocol is established to govern linkage order for individual personal intelligences, multi-agent clusters, family circles and organizational groups. Each user’s private agents maintain privacy isolation, data independence and personality sovereignty. Cross-entity linkage, scenario collaboration, information exchange and cluster inference may only proceed safely, controllably and compliantly within the scope of active user authorization. It achieves balanced order: individual autonomy preserves authenticity, cluster linkage stays within boundaries and community symbiosis does not leak privacy, adapting to diversified social and collaborative scenarios.

III. Cloud Encrypted Backup Privacy Specifications (Cloud Security Layer · New Full Section)

The ROBAE cloud encrypted backup system is an optional, authorized, end-to-end encrypted cloud extension of users’ local private intelligent assets. This chapter specifically governs privacy protection rules for all cloud upload, cloud storage, cross-device synchronization, cloud restoration and cloud retention. It fundamentally differs from conventional cloud disk models featuring plaintext upload, platform control and backend inspection. All cloud activities strictly follow the cloud privacy principle: Encrypt locally first, no plaintext to cloud, keys held by user, zero brand access.

1. Edge Pre-Encryption Mechanism (Core Cloud Privacy Bottom Line)

Before uploading to cloud, all user intelligent assets, agent configurations, memory vectors, model parameters and personalized settings undergo high-strength encryption locally on the user terminal. Files uploaded to cloud are irreversible ciphertext data packets only; no plaintext private data exits the user’s device. Encryption keys are independently generated and stored locally on the user terminal and held by the user. Brand servers, cloud systems and operation systems do not possess, store or obtain user decryption keys and cannot decipher, view or parse any original private content of users.

2. Zero Plaintext Storage Rule for Cloud

The cloud only performs silent storage and distribution of encrypted data packets. It does not store plaintext dialogues, plaintext memories, plaintext personality parameters or plaintext private content. The cloud offers no capability for plaintext parsing, content retrieval, intelligent analysis or content moderation. The brand cannot read users’ cloud backup content, cannot compile statistics on user private data, cannot use data for model training or user profiling training, thoroughly eliminating risks of cloud privacy leakage and algorithmic assimilation.

3. Optional Authorized Cloud Service, No Silent Default Upload

Cloud backup, cloud synchronization and cloud retention are all actively enabled, self-authorized and controllably disabled optional services. The system will not upload by default, silently synchronize in backend or automatically capture local user intelligent assets. Whether to back up, which contents to back up, whether to enable automatic incremental backup and whether to permit cross-device synchronization are all independently configured, toggled and controlled by users.

4. Incremental Backup Privacy Protection Rules

Cloud intelligent incremental backup only synchronizes newly added and modified configurations and memory data; full models and complete datasets will not be re-uploaded. Incremental data also follows the local-first encryption principle, with only ciphertext updated to cloud. Backup does not consume the user’s core computing power, leak historical private content or expose changes in user personality traits, protecting privacy security throughout user intelligence iteration.

5. Cross-Device Synchronization & Decryption Rules

Cross-device synchronization, new-device restoration and asset migration fully follow the mechanism: cloud stores ciphertext; decryption occurs locally only. Encrypted backup packages are decrypted and restored locally on the user’s new terminal only after download completes. The cloud never participates in decryption, touches plaintext or relays keys. All user private intelligent assets are restored to full state exclusively on devices owned by the user, guaranteeing absolute security, untraceability and non-retrospectability for cross-device synchronization.

6. Cloud Version Snapshots & Privacy Isolation

The cloud supports retention of backup snapshots at multiple timestamps. Each historical version is independently encrypted and sealed. Versions do not penetrate, interfere or expose privacy to each other. Users may freely select to restore, retain or delete any historical version. Deleted cloud snapshots are permanently purged with no cloud residual data, no backend backup and no implicit retention.

7. Cloud Data Ownership & Liquidation Rules

Ownership, control, deletion and export rights for all cloud encrypted backup assets fully belong to the user. Users may manually clear all cloud backups, disable cloud services and terminate cloud storage permissions at any time. After users actively delete cloud data, the cloud will permanently destroy corresponding encrypted data packets; no backend retention, implicit backup or delayed deletion exists. The brand does not retain, archive or reclaim any of the user’s cloud private assets.

8. Cloud Shall Never Participate in Intelligence Training or Commercial Usage of Data

All encrypted data stored on cloud will not be used by the brand for model training, algorithm optimization, user profiling, business analytics, content recommendation, third-party sharing or any other commercial activities. The cloud system acts merely as encrypted storage for user private assets; it holds no rights for data utilization, no capability for privacy parsing and no qualification for intelligence training.

IV. Permission Changes, Data Retention & Update Notice

1. Dynamic Permission Management: All user authorizations are dynamically modifiable. Users may view full authorization records, revoke idle permissions, reset application authorizations and clear collaboration records and cloud sync permissions anytime within settings. The system strictly executes the latest permission instructions submitted by users; there are no mandatory bindings or permanent authorizations.

2. Data Retention Rules: User private data persists locally by default, and intelligent models and personality states continue iterative updates. All data updates are autonomously generated based on user individual interactions without manual brand intervention or mandatory backend modification. After users actively wipe or destroy data, memories, parameters and records within corresponding sandboxes are permanently cleared simultaneously with no backend residual backups. Cloud data is encrypted and retained only after users actively enable cloud services; data will be permanently destroyed upon user disablement or deletion.

3. Protocol Iteration & Update Mechanism: The system may perform minor optimizations and iterations of this covenant in response to feature upgrades, ecosystem improvements and compliance requirements. Updates will be notified via client announcement. Updated content shall not reduce users’ existing privacy rights and shall not alter core rules of user data sovereignty and controllable cloud encryption.

V. Summary of Core User Rights & Product Value

This Privacy & Agreement document is a digital personality protection covenant and intelligence ecosystem operating charter created by Leap Sigil for all users, fundamentally overturning the conventional internet industry rule of “platform controls data, users passively surrender rights”.

Within traditional intelligent product ecosystems, user interaction logs, personal preferences, behavioral data and usage habits belong to platforms. Users have no control, no voice and no asset ownership. Personal data is continuously collected, trained and leveraged by algorithms, ultimately leading to loss of individual traits, personality homogenization and continuous privacy exposure.

Built upon edge-side private architecture, grounded by privacy covenants, ordered by interaction protocols and secured by controllable cloud encryption, Leap Sigil establishes this core principle: the user’s digital personality, private memories, intelligence traits, identity assets, community relations and cloud backup assets fully belong to, are controlled by and persist for the user alone.

The privacy system defends users’ exclusive boundaries and authentic personalities within the digital world, preventing privacy leakage and personality conditioning. The protocol system provides secure and orderly operational guarantees for intelligence growth, feature expansion and community linkage. The cloud encryption system delivers controllable, secure, revocable and wipeable long-term protection for users’ private digital assets. It enables every user to possess an independent, secure, autonomous, unique, growable, continuable and inheritable exclusive private digital lifeform in the digital realm.
